After dealing with a 'price bait and switch" from another broker, I was turned off to this whole process of shopping for car transportation. I found my way to Auto Shipping Group, and dealt with Kimberly Freiley. She presented me with a fair offer for shipping my car, not a crazy low-ball offer like some companies were doing, with little chance of my car being picked up on time.
I felt that Kim was very professional, and her follow up was superb. She returned calls and emails very promptly, and followed up will with the carrier, United Auto Transportation, to make sure they had kept in contact with me, which they also did an excellent job with.
All in all, very happy with the service, and I'll certainly call Auto Shipping Group and Kimberly in the future for my car transportation needs.
