We had a lot of carriers bail out on us repeatedly and I'm not sure I would have had the slightest clue how to have handled them without Transport Connections help. They went out of their way to make sure the carriers were treating us well and that things were happening when they said they would. I was walked through all the steps that could have otherwise been daunting without their help and the recommendation I used them through really came to be true. It was more than an ordeal dealing with the carriers and unusual pickup locations but he made it very easy.
Despite the delay that turned what should have been a 4 day event into a three week one, we were always kept in the loop and it was very reassuring knowing that Bill would handle it for us. I thought the brokerage price to be a little high at first and was unsure, but after having them guide us through the mess of carriers dropping like flies left and right I feel like I definitely got my money's worth. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to ship their car.
