Please beware that this company has very good sales people who get you tied into their contracts, but then don't carry through on what they promised. When Matt took my order for this transport over two months ahead of the desired date, he assured me that they'd pick it up on the first or second day, he just couldn't tell me exactly what time until closer to the day. The pickup date was decided on by Matt as I told him when we needed the vehicle by and he told me a week ahead would be plenty of time. By 24 hours before the 1st available day, I have not heard anything from them so I sent him an email to find out what was up. I was concerned with the lack of contact that maybe my order wasn't even in the system. He told me that when they had a truck booked I'd be contacted. The next day, having not heard anything again, I called and spoke to Casey in dispatch. She told me again that they'd contact me once a truck was scheduled. She started to get short with me and obviously didn't appreciate my questions. By day 3, still nothing. Casey told me they were open 24/7, so I could call anytime if I had questions. This was obviously not true as I tried repeatedly over the weekend and got no answer except voicemails (on three different lines). Monday morning, Casey told me once again that they'd let me know when there was a truck scheduled. We were now on day 6 and there was no longer someone at the house to meet a driver. I had to make special arrangements. Also, the vehicle was needed on the receiving end by a certain date and we were only two days away from that now. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told that Janene was not in the office yet but they'd ask her to call me later when she arrived. After about an hour and a half of no return call, I called again. A woman answered the phone and didn't say her name. She seemed to know all about my previous call and was quite short with me telling me that there was nothing that she could do, that the order was posted and they were waiting for confirmation of a driver. When I once again asked to speak to a supervisor, she told me that she was not there yet. I asked her name and she said it was Michelle. Later that day, when I still had not received a call from the supervisor Janene, I called again. Casey transferred me right over to a familiar voice. She started to raise her voice to me saying "what do you mean, you've not had your call returned? Don't you remember speaking to me earlier?" I said well, I spoke to a woman earlier, was that you? She said yes it was and I told you then that we'd let you know when we had a driver lined up for your vehicle. I was so flabbergasted that I failed to ask her name. I called right back and asked Casey, who was that woman you just transferred me to? She said "Janene". AMAZING! So the supervisor is a liar and would rather lie to me on an earlier call about who she was, than take responsibility for dealing with me.

We finally had to call to cancel the pickup and transport the vehicle ourselves. When I called Casey to cancel, I explained that we had to have the vehicle there in two days and considering that Janene had been dishonest about her own identity, we didn't trust that what we were being told could be truthful. How can you trust after that, and for getting zero information for 6 days? She told me that to cancel it would cost us $100 and that I should feel lucky that she wasn't going to charge us $225. I told her that considering the circumstances I didn't feel that we should be charged anything. She told me that was their policy and there was nothing she could do about it. I asked to speak to the supervisor who was above Janene as I didn't want to deal with the liar. She told me there was no one. After I got more upset, she put me on hold. I waited a few minutes and then she came back and said, I spoke to my supervisor and he said that we might be able to charge you a bit less. I said, I thought you told me there was no supervisor? Did you explain that we're cancelling because of the dishonestly of your supervisor Janene? That we cannot trust what you tell us any longer? She said, No, I just told him you wanted to cancel. I asked to speak to this supervisor. She said, no, he doesn't take calls. I asked her to explain to him about the situation with Janene. She refused.

Please think TWICE or MORE before EVER booking with this company. They are not honest and just want to get you tied into a contract. Their policy is that they have 10 Business days (so 14 days including weekends) to move your vehicle, and if you cancel during that period, they charge you anywhere from $100-225 as a penalty. If they cannot fulfill the transport within that time period then the reservation is refundable. No consequences to them for inaction.
