Got a call from Dan to get my transport needs taken care of, first tells me they are the best company and all family owned and run, he is the owners son, what he says is what goes, took all my info and signed a contract.July 14
Tells me within two days the rig will be on the road. Within a day he calls and leaves a message, I call right back andhe says he needs to call me in 30 min, iI call customer service e and ask what's the deal, they told me it was all good and should have it picked up by monday, I call Monday and ask for a supervisor , I'm out on hold for twenty minutes then this gal comes back, I'm the supervisor and I tell her my info, she says she can help me and its all good to go. Then a brief pause and good ol Dan comes back on the phones saying its on hold and the price is now $1500, I told him to cancel and I am leaving him review s and he continued to get butt hurt, stay away, more scammers out then good people.

Customer placed an order with Auto Transport 123 on New order: 07/14/15 11:37 am to transport a 1992 Ford E-350 - Customer was quoted for a Standard Van not an Over-sized Vehicle. The specifications received are for a travel trailer not a Standard Van. We Cancelled out this order with no charge at all. We also offered to provide the customer a quote to move the Vehicle at the correct Rate based on the correct size specifications provided.
