I was impressed at how well the company was organized. Everything about the process was so well explained up front. I contacted them several times and I always got an immediate answer or a prompt return of my call. My representative always seemed to remember me by name when I called.
The car was picked up and delivered without incident. We did end up paying $200 more than the original estimate, but if we hadn't been under a time constraint, we could could have turned down the bid and waited for lower offers. We did turn down 1 prior offer that was $$300 more than the original estimate. I like that the company allows you to determine which carrier you decide to use based on price and quality.
