This was my first time car-shipping. From New York to Washington State, it was a bit scary at first given such an unusual thing to do, and there were a lot of unhappy stories out there on the internet. But doing my review research, I found Auto Shipping Group Inc came up a number of times and they seemed to have a remarkably good review rate. So with my first call to them, I was connected with Tige, who was my contact from the start to the finish of the process. That was super in terms of customer service, as between him and the truck driver who was carrying the car, I was aware of where the car was in the process most of the time (and no I don't mean which city we're in now...), and knew when it should arrive for pick up. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, helpful and followed through with projected timelines. The car was picked up six days after my call to ASG,Inc; six days on the road to the delivery yard; and at the yard was in dusty (open carrier so that's obvious) but not damaged condition. I really liked this company and would use them again in a New York heartbeat. Thank you guys for making a scary experience more than ok. Oh yeah, the cost: $1850 total.
