I hired Door to Door to transport my recently purchased BMW from Florida to Illinois. While the car did arrive late, it was not due to Door to Door and they did a good job of staying on top of the other company ensuring that I received my vehicle. After the car arrived, Kelly (one of the owners) called me personally to apologize for the service I received from the other company and offered to refund my deposit.

Although upset about the late arrival of my car, Kelly did everything he could in order to make things right on his end which I appreciate.

If the need ever arises again in the future to ship a car, I would not hesitate to give Door to Door another chance knowing that Kelly is serious about making sure his customers are happy. Rest assured that you will be taken care of by Door to Door.
