Not having shipped a vehicle before, I was a bit unfamiliar. Lance was patient, willing to answer all my dumb
questions and overall a delight to work with. He followed up with calls to keep me informed of the details
while the car was enroute and even followed up several days after the car arrived. He truly set my mind
at ease and I was comfortable entrusting my newly purchased vehicle in his care.

How refreshing to deal with someone who really cares and not just interested in the commission. I would
recommend Lance Staab in a heartbeat to anyone wanting a true professional!
