Easy to deal with.

When I started to look for someone to transport my car I contacted several companies. Many of them where actually short and rude , which was mind boggling to me . Then some of the other companies would call and email me to try and prompt me to use there company. I feel like a follow up phone call is appropriate but anything beyond that is harassment. When I contacted Fletcher at All Aboard Transport he took the time to explain my options gave me an idea on what the potential cost would be and told me if I wanted to go that route to give him a call. Then we set up a price and a date to have it delivered . Then on the day it was being picked up the seller was not answering her phone and I missed the drivers call as well. I was working at the time, I called Fletcher explained the situation to him and he took care of everything from there. He even called to make sure the car arrived safely. I have never had a car shipped before and most of the companies I called acted in a way that made me even more nervous about the process. Fletcher was nothing but helpful and answered all my questions in a professional manner.I would not even call another company than All Aboard Transport if or when I have another car Shipped.
