Was fine until they got my money...

Started out fine got a good quote and seemed like they knew what they were doing they got my money and the transport didn't work out but instead of returning the money I had to wait another week the driver called and said he would be at the pickup between 6 pm and 8pm then called at 11:30 and said it would be tomorrow..... Finally the car was picked up with the gas light on and trip meter zeroed out...5 days later he calls me at 11:45pm and says he will be here to drop the car off between 3 and 4 pm so I left work early to meet him and he calls at 5 and says "need more time" I'll be there between 7 and 9 tonight 8:40 comes around and I call to make sure and I get the same response.... So I call at 10 pm he sends me to voice mail and calls back shortly after and says ( mind you this is Thursday night) "I need more time I will drop off Tuesday".... After a few choice words he finally said " ok I leave my house now will be there at midnight" he was there at midnight he unloads the car and there are 28 miles on the trip meter and a quarter tank of gas..... Oh and btw the locator bs on the website was never updated if my buddy hadn't of called me and told me he picked it up I would have never known...... This was the first time I have Had a car transported and after this crap show it will probably be my last...
