Ivan and Garett were both very professional and sincerely seemed to love what they do. Ivan was pleasant throughout the transaction. We had an issue with missing gas upon delivery but Ship Your Car Now was not at fault for that in any way yet Garett facilitated us getting a refund for the amount of the missing gas from the carrier. Would definitely use them again. Could happen to anyone hauling a vehicle with a non-locking gas tank. Excellent company.
