I am in the United States Air Force and I was under a lot of pressure to move my vehicle in a timely matter. Although it was very stressful on my end Kim's customer service and attitude made my stress go away. Her confidence and genuine care to honor my request was immediately felt in just one phone call. I must say in this day and age that is very impressive.
