Was happy with auto shipping group as the broker. Heidi was great. Was not too happy with FHT auto transport (the company that was selected to actually transport the car). They did not show up or call on the day they were supposed to pick up. Upon requesting info for updates they didn't provide any. Steve was rude on the phone. Also their driver stole something from the trunk.
