I was nervous about having my parents' car transported to me from Louisiana to Pennsylvania; I had never been involved in the shipping of a car. Mimi from Andrew Auto Transport took the time to respond to my questions and hear my concerns. She was professional and she was timely in her responses.
Once the car was assigned to a carrier, Lego Transportation, Mimi followed up with me to check that the process was under way. Lego answered my calls and questions, and delivered my car safely at my door.
Here's the thing to know when booking this type of service, it is unrealistic to expect that the event occurs in a defined time frame. As anyone knows, traffic and travel on the road are unpredictable, influenced by many factors. Add to that the fact that the driver is unloading and picking up other vehicles during the process. As long as you stay in touch with the driver, everything will be fine.
I believe that Andrew Auto Trasnport vets closely the companies it works with on this process. I am a very satisfied customer.
