I wasn't sure how this experience would play out but working with Tom at Ship a Car Direct was very smooth from start to finish. The main upside was the constant communication from Tom with well timed e-mails providing useful information and he was consistently checking in to make sure everything was moving along correctly.

The car was picked up one-day after the window in Oregon and made its way to New York (Long Island) in 9 days. The most important thing was that it arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up.

Good experience all around and we're going to use the same company to ship my wife's car in the next month.
