I had a very tight schedule and only had one specific day for pick and only a couple of days for delivery. Angela from ship-a-car direct assured me that they can do it and at a very good price! Her friendly demeanor gained my trust, the companies delivery and service surpassed my expectations. Not only did they pick up my vehicle on the exact time as promised, they were even able to deliver the vehicle a day earlier, much to a pleasant surprise! Also, they sent very helpful instructions on how to prevent issues of the transport goes bad with the driver and made themselves available throughout the entire process. The driver, Henry, was absolutely phenomenal. Extremely friendly and accommodating. I still do not know how he was able to deliver my car so fast. I would highly recommend anyone to go with this company.
