Good initial contact with company 1flatrate. Once car was scheduled for pickup got a call from company and driver. Was told I would get an email and/or call once it was being pocked up as well as updates from company as to cars location and never did. I received one email 2 days after the car had been picked up, confirming it had been and one at end. Average experience with company, nothing great or horrible. Driver and wife were honest and helpful, next time might just go straight through them..
