Despite the floods occurring in Texas, and a storm that seemed to follow me to VA; the shipping company (and the driver) were positive, maintained communication before, during and even after the delivery. Although a number of bikes were shipped within the enclosed vehicle, it felt as if I was the only customer at the time. I'd use them again if a time presents itself that I move again.
