I purchased a Ford E-150 van from a dealership in Kansas on May 27th, 2015. I knew I needed a carrier to haul my load to a Florida port because it have to be shipped overseas (St. Maarten). I entered my search for a carrier 3 days before the purchase and received so much emails but I answered the first email which was from RoadRunner and was promised a pickup the day of the purchase.

I filled out the request online and entered my credit card for full payment. I waited for a call/email and received nothing so I called 2 days later and the excuse was not having a driver. I let so much days pass to get the same excuse every single time I called, so on the June 11th, I searched again and this time I was called by a broker; Interstate Group Transport. I was promised as well a pick up in 24 hours. I didn't fill out anything like the first because I was waiting to hear a pick up have been made. I waited until Sunday the 14th; to call back and ask what was the problem with the pick up and the excuse given was that the vehicle is located in a place that's not on a popular route......that was so ridiculous, I just answered OK and put in my search again.

I received one lone email and that was from Kim at Tru Auto Transport. Right off the bat, in the email there are certain do's and don't listed when looking for a carrier. All she had listed is what had happened with the other 2 companies. I replied saying that I'm tired of waiting. She replied right away and explained how the business work and how there are many other companies out there just not being honest.

During our emailing I found out that while both companies had me up on the board for pick, they both misquoted their prices. I was told a lower price than what was listed. I kindly sent them emails notifying them that I won't be needing their services and to take me off the board. I was quite surprised that they cooperated.

I was out of patience already and I just really wanted my vehicle picked up and moved, I already lost a lot of time. Kim then say she will see what she can do. She said to give her 24 hours. I didn't hear from her on Monday but Tuesday morning I received the best news; there is pick up an hour away!!! I swear it was a joke at first. I even asked if it was one and she promised it wasn't.

My vehicle was picked up in an hour, for real. Kim wanted to show that she took her job very serious and she really did. And out of a very good heart she put herself last and customer first.

My vehicle was picked up on June 16th, without a deposit and no credit card information, not even the agreement form was sent/signed. I think she wore her heart on her sleeve because the others asked money first. On the 2nd day of transit the deposit was made. We later on realized that there was a small situation because I'm located out of the U.S. I couldn't pay the driver cash and I needed some other option. Kim use the credit card and she paid the driver cash which was a big help! During the transit Kim also kept in contact with me by email and telephone; updating me.

My vehicle was delivered on June 19th to a Florida Shipping Port! The driver received his pay with no hassle. Between both parties $1,300.00 paid in full; no other price!

I am one very happy, satisfied customer!! I would recommend Kim to anyone. Shipping without any worries or regrets.
