After having a nightmare experience with another company that promised to pick-up my car and deliver it on time yet didn't even pick-up my car or answer their phone, I found Transport Connection and read the reviews in regard to their work. Bill was prompt in answering my calls and making sure I was in the loop with everything. I was unsure obviously with my previous experience but he made sure to show me everything I needed along the way and even offered for me to talk with the driver prior to putting down a deposit. His communication made me feel very comfortable with transporting my car unlike the previous company I had chosen to use.

Bill was able to confirm that the driver would be on time to pick up my car before my flight and even made sure I made it to the airport on time. The car arrived on the day they said and they gave enough notice of when they would arrive as well as gave me 30 mins warning before arriving. I would definitely recommend working with Bill if you want trustworthy and honest information.
