This was my first time to transport a car across the country so I was nervous. After doing my research I called Montway's customer service line to ask a few more questions then made my booking online. The whole process went very smoothly and communication from Montway was very good and timely. When my carrier, Auto Express Carrier, was assigned, Tony from that company took over as my contact and kept me informed about pick-up and drop-off. My car arrived as expected and in great condition. I was pleased with the whole experience and would recommend both Montway and Auto Express Carrier.
