Good value. Direct Express was very good about returning emails when I was investigating different transport companies. Their price was one of the best I got. They were able to assign a shipper within a week. I got advance email of the tentative days the trucking company would pick up and deliver. The driver called my relatives at the pick up location a couple of hours ahead before coming out. They delivered the car a day ahead of schedule. It was really worth it not to have to fly out and take a chance driving the car almost 2000 miles back. The initial phone customer service wasn't very personable. It seemed like Jessica(customer service) was trying to sell me on changing my order after I had paid the deposit and having the car dropped off at a nearby city, to make the order more appealing to a trucking company, instead of doing the door to door service which was quoted. She also mentioned if the order didn't get picked up by a trucking company that I could "throw more money at it". After getting off the phone I was worried that the low price was a way to "hook" customers and then up sell them. It didn't turn out that way though, it all worked out with the door to door service at the original price I was quoted.
