Car transport from FL to CA

We have been using Able Auto Transport for about 10 years. They used to be called Allen Auto Transport until last year (or so I think) - the customer service people remained the same though, in spite of the apparent name change.

We spend half of the year in FL and the other half in CA, and one of our cars makes the FL to CA round trip twice a year, every year. We use an enclosed carrier and the prices seem to be in line with other car transport companies. The car always gets picked up and delivered within the specified time window (which we usually leave open for pick up - i.e. we say the car is available for pick up after a certain date, we don't care what day exactly - as long as it gets delivered to the destination by a certain date).

So far, we only had a problem once, a few years ago, when the company lost our order - but they did an excellent job of fixing the problem, found a new carrier instantly and still managed to meet the originally requested delivery date.

The whole process is very easy, I think Able Auto does a good job screening the car haulers they use, the drivers are always polite and prompt when it comes to calling and notifying when the car will be picked up/delivered.

As I said - we've been using this company for about 10 yrs with no complaints, and will continue to use them in the future.
