I called for transportation of my Porsche 2-3 days before I wanted it picked up. I was most concerned that it not be picked up until after a date certain because I need time to get to where the vehicle was to be delivered. The representative with whom I spoke assured me that this could be arranged and it was.

As it turned out, I could not be at the point of pickup at the designated time and arranged for a neighbor to deliver the car to the carrier. There was no problem woring with the agent to arrange this and the actual transfer went smoothly with the carrier giving advance notice at each step along the way. The car arrived two days later. I was notified well in advance of the two hour window in which it would arrive. As it turned out, I was eating breakfast when the doorbell rang. I opened the door and a pleasant (and pretty) lady handed me the key to my car, saying "Here's the key to your Porsche. It's in your driveway." And there it was! A completely positive experience.
