John made the entire process remarkably easy. I had made the process difficult given my very limited availability to be on hand to accept the vehicle upon delivery, but John didn't blink an eye. Communication with John was open the entire time, through multiple channels (telephone, email and text). The price was fair, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Vehicle delivered as promised.
