They picked up a day after orig delivery window of 3 days, which was OK with me (Sat morning). They got it to my destination before I got there, pretty amazing, ahead of expected date, but it all worked out well. Crew to pickup were friendly, the car was a bit dirty, but not as much as I'd been told to expect.
Overall, I'd definitely use them again, although I would like more notice of delivery time and progress a day or so before.
