This could have been a nightmare BUT, Jerry C took care of everything. My driver was stuck unable to get thru Texas and assumed a week later would be OK so didn't contact Jerry! When transport day came Jerry called to check up - found out situation and went into high gear to get a driver for the next day. Lee Patterson Transport came thru for us. Because it is 4 hours one way he made two trips. He is from the area and knows the roads.
Customer service was excellent by both Jerry C, transport coordinator and Lee Patterson, driver. Thanks for a great job.
