Never showed up & harrassed/threatened me for my Review

Update 6-12:

The company tried to get my review removed from the site by stating I am not a customer. I was able to verify I was a customer and the review was re-posted since then it has been hell. I have since had to reach out to the police due to constant harassment by the company's owner and customer service for my review. They have called me over 40 times in the last 48hrs threatening to sue me if I don't remove the review. When I stopped answering I think they set me up on an auto call system that called my number back to back. It got so bad I couldn't make outgoing calls or texts. I had to turn my phone off until my phone company could block their number. During all this harassment they have not tried to rectify the situation by providing me with a pickup they just tell me to remove the review or else. When I brought that up to the owner he told me he sent 3 different trucks to my house on three different occasions to pick up the car and I refused them all. This is not true because 1. I never received a call to pick up my car (my car is still in Cali scheduled to be picked up tuesday) 2. I left the state on 6/8 plus the current residents of the home said they have not seen any trucks nor has there construction workers who are at the home 9am-5pm since I moved out.


Update 6-9:
Customer serviced called me after I posted this review and requested I remove it. I told them I will update it if they pick up my car before I leave the state like we agreed. Customer service called me back and said requesting I leave my vehicle with a friend and they will send a truck from another company (broker style) to get my car 4 days after I leave. At this point I no longer trust them to perform the service and have decided to explore my options with another carrier.

This company is just like all the other companies...They lure you in by claiming they are a carrier company with their own trucks ( Lie #1-They may have a few trucks but the majority of their ships are through the broker system just like everyone else).

I Scheduled a move from CA to PA (hugely popular / easy route). I scheduled the move a week in advance and was very firm with wanting to be in the state when my vehicle was picked up. I was flexible with pick updates but Caesar gave me a 2 day window of 6/5/15 - 6/6/15. I called on 6/3/15 to confirm pick up and was told the truck just arrived in Cali and would make the pick date of the 6th (Lie # 2- The 5th came and I called around 3pm getting worried and customer service said the truck was running late and not yet in Cali but would be there to pick up my vehicle before the 6th). Customer service told me he would call me back if anything should change (Lie #3- customer service never called nor did a truck show up on the 6th). So I emailed and called caesar on the 6th to to let him know I was getting the run around but my vehicle wasn't picked up.

The 6th came and went So I called on the 7th but there was no answer from Caesar or customer service. so I called today (6/8/15). And Cesar picked up shocked (I called from a diff phone so he probably thought I was a new client) and forwarded me back to customer service who said oh there is a problem with the truck that's why they never picked you up but we will be there today (lie #4- highly doubt they will arrive today because he asked when do I leave and I told him and miraculously the departure for me is the same time the truck would be there to pick my vehicle up)

Over all not happy with the service primarily because of the lies. I specifically asked if they were a broker company and was told no they only use the dispatch system for hard to reach moves and my route was a popular move. Plus they picked my two day window and essentially lied all the way up to the scheduled pickup date and still didn't show.
