My overall experience with auto transport and specifically with a representative named Kimberly Freiley, was a pleasure. I have used this company two times now, once shipping my truck from New York to Hawaii and once shipping my truck from Hawaii to California. Both times Kimberly was my primary point of contact and coordinator for the shipment. She was always very professional and very informative in regards to all of the required materials, time of travel, directions to and from the ports of drop off and pick up as well as any other information that I had questions in regards to. Again she is a pleasure to do business with and personally think she is a valuable employee of the auto transport company. Thank you again Kimberley.
