I worked with Lance Staab. He was very helpful in the whole process. I had alot of hesitations about shipping both of my cars across the country but felt at ease after speaking with Lance. He was upfront and honest about the process. He worked to get me the best price for 2 cars. Pickup was on time. He kept in contact with the carrier throughout the process and updated me when the cars would be delivered. On delivery there was damage to the inside radio console. Although this was not through Auto Shipping, Lance is working with me to get a resolution as quickly as possible.
