They were a day later than anticipated, but the driver did call and told us that the pick up before ours would not start and it was an ordeal to get it fixed to be able to load. We did not mind as we were flexible and I am sure that those with the broken auto appreciated his time waiting for them. He called the FL destination the day before arrival to coordinate. This is the second time I shipped this vehicle, the first company was miserable. This time was flawless and less expensive 2 years later! Car arrived in same condition.
