I rarely fill out these surveys but thought others need to know how great this company is. :)
We shipped our car from Albany, NY to Seattle, WA in May 2015. Prior to contacting diytransport, we had been dealing with 2 other companies to ship our vehicle. Neither were able to arrange pick up on a short notice and didn't communicate with us regularly. This was important as we were permanently moving back to Vancouver, Canada from upsate NY. Stress was high enough and we were frustrated dealing with these other unreliable companies. We then found diytransport online and are so thankful we used them. Excellent communication with this company throughout the entire process! Prompt and accurate pickup, fair price, honest & reliable driver and car arrived ahead of schedule in good shape. We will refer this company to many others due to our positive experience. Thank you!
