Moving from Seattle to Ft. Myers Florida I had to transport a Audi S3 and Jeep Cherokee. To a fault I am very picky about my vehicles. After finding hundreds of vehicle transporting disasters on this site, needless to say my paranoia level was at a fever pitch on what to do. My moving rep from North American come up with Direct Connect Transport and stated that he heard good things about them and told me to contact Debbie Silvis. After reading many good reviews I called Ms. Silvis. She was very positive and accommodating, right down to placing my vehicles in the front of the trailer to prevent them from coming on and off the transport for other customers while crossing the country. The driver was professional and showed care for my vehicles. Arrived on time gave me ample notification on when he was going to arrive. I would defiantly use Direct Connect again and whole heartily recommend using them for any vehicle high value or not.
