Upon pick up in Washington the driver called ahead of time and was on time. My apartment complex was very small so we discussed it and decided to arrange the pick up directly across the street in grocery store lot. This was a good decision. The driver did the initial walk around inspection with me and loaded up my vehicle. I was given the bill of landing to keep. He said it would take 7 to 10 days for delivery. It took 9 days.

On delivery the driver called maybe 9 hours before delivery. He told me my vehicle would be there around midnight. I made arrangements to be there at that time. At 1125 the driver calls to inform me he is stuck in heavy traffic and would be 2 hours late. My vehicle finally arrives at 0400 in the morning. The driver was very apologetic about the time but I was greatful I had my car. I made the final payment and did the walk around inspection. A little dusty but expected.

I would recommend this moving company to another person.
