I was very optimistic that I would be able to get my car shipped last minute at the price that would work for me. When I called Dream Auto with the urgency for the vehicle Gavin was honest about what I could expect time and expense wise. I shopped around with other companies and was getting priced above and the ones who came close to the rate Gavin gave me where quick to change it once they got my attention and find any reason or excuse to have to hire the previous price they gave me and in return where very rude with the approach, the customer service basically went out the window . With Dream Auto I was able to get the beat rate and was able to get my car pIcked up Wednesday morning (mind you I called Monday evening) The dispatcher was frequently in contact with me and the driver called me when they were an hour away (at my request) the vehicle was also dropped off at agreed date. Overall it was a enjoyable experience and I was happy that the company didn't give me the run around and avoid me as I had been experiencing before as if the company was doing me a favor. Once again I am very big on customer service and I felt happy as a customer with Dream Auto and would recommend and use again for myself
