The representative from Ship-A-Car Direct was knowledgeable and forthcoming. He explained the complete process from bid to delivery with no hidden surprises. The price quoted was the price paid. I cancelled an order with a major moving company because they were $300 more and kept changing delivery dates. Ship-A-Car Direct always kept me informed, gave me the drivers cell phone number, and the driver gave me several updates along his route. It is refreshing to finally get quality service for your hard earned money. I will be recommending Ship-A-Car Direct to everyone who has a need to ship a car.
