After having very bad experiences with 2 transport companies it was very refreshing and satisfying to deal with such a professional person (Charlie Steeve) at Mercury Transport. He explained in detail the process of transporting my vehicle.
He did not require a deposit until a driver was dispatched and the price was agreeable, which he managed to settle within an hour or two and then the contract was signed.
My car was picked up within 2 days and delivered as promised within 5 days, the driver contacted me the day before and we arranged a location to meet. My car arrived in same condition as when it left and the driver was also a very pleasant person and accommodating.
This is the second time I have done business with Mercury Transport and would definitly be my first choice if ever in need of this service again. Very Satisfied Customer
