My experience was a great one with ASG. Kimberly was extremely helpful. What I liked the most about her service is the fact that not only was she courteous and informative, but I did not feel pressured. Though I was only looking for a quote, she gave me some advice on how to choose a good company to provide the service. She said beware of companies offering a too good to be true price, meaning a low cost transport, and to not pick the highest cost either. She said pick a company in between those two types of cost and make sure you read their reviews first. Unbeknownst to her, I had gotten those same advice from a friend who is in the transportation business. That in itself is great Customer Service. She went above and beyond her duties, and it also told me that I could trust her and the services provided by ASG because I knew I would be in great hands. Though the driver was a day late in picking up the car, but it was made up when it was delivered almost two days early. I will definitely use her services again. She really has great customer service skills. Thanks a million Kimberly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
