Excellent Shipping Experience

This shipping experience could not have gone better. When I called for a quote Matt cautioned me that it was the snowbird relocation time of year on my route and that it might take a little longer to find a carrier than usual. I was fine with that, but in the end, I had a carrier assigned within a day of booking and the car was picked up the day after that. I actually called customer service for clarification since it was so quick and they were easy to get through to and got me my information.

The driver was right on time, professional, reassuring and very nice. He picked up the car in North Carolina at 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon and it was on Cape Cod by Thursday morning at 9:15. It is a new car and my daughter says it was in perfect condition when it arrived. My only problem is unrelated to Ship A Car Direct and is going to be getting the car back from my daughter who thinks it is awfully cute!

I have shipped cars twice before on this route with another company so I knew about what to expect in terms of cost and did not comparison shop for this specific move. Ship A Car Direct was around what I had paid before and my main concern was being comfortable with the company's reputation and customer satisfaction. I chose to use Ship A Car Direct based on reviews and sincerely hope that this helps someone else with their decision.
