Car came in good condition. Just not very good on communication part. My car was assigned to a transporter immediately within 2 days and he was scheduled to pick up car within 7 days from order date. The transporter never called me so finally i called him 2 days prior to pick up and he said, yes he will pick up on that date. Same thing with delivery. No interim status updates. Finally got call after 10 days saying car reached. Well i am glad the car came in good condition and no damage or any scratch. So a job well done with no communication. Considering this experience, i will definitely use them again though. Because at the end of day, what matters is, In what condition car was delivered!!
