The whole process of car transport was "thrilling" because everything before the actual move is planned online, and you have a big event in your life that is pending.

I first chose company X to do my car transport. However, I wanted my car transported on date Y, and they did not deliver on that date. All they told me was that it would be done "soon." That was not enough for me, so I called Car Transport Express.

My car ended up being transported by a third company. Even though it was difficult to tell what would have happened if I did not call Car Transport Express, I could tell you the following.

Ray from Car Transport Express was knowledgeable and helpful. I can tell that their company is small and simple (at least compared to company X). Even though Ray works for a company, he also seems to be responsible as a person. This culture was evident throughout my communication with them.

And that is how I do business.
