I initially booked with another company (Vantage Auto Movers) who promised a lower price. After the car sat for almost three weeks, I called Lewis "Louie" Copeland at AutoStar Transport. I almost booked with AutoStar originally but their quote was slightly higher. I called Louie after the original deal fell through because I appreciated his candor and customer service during our conversation while I was soliciting initial bids. As I have learned, any transport company can make promises and quote you any price (realistic or not) in an effort to try and secure your business, but if the quote is too low, no driver will pick your vehicle up and it will sit. I appreciated the no-pressure, honest, but quick and efficient way Louie and AutoStar transport dealt with me and my shipment. After speaking with dozens of competitors, they will give you the best price, treat you better than anyone else, and are honest and trustworthy, which means a lot to me.
