Third time I have used Auto Shipping Group (first two were with Red Carpet). As with my prior experiences this experience was simple and transparent. I was contacted immediately when I asked for a quote. The car was picked-up the day after I asked for a quote. The driver was on time and very efficient. It took me less than 15 minutes to have the car picked-up from my house in Ohio. The car was delivered on time and undamaged to the designated drop-off in Texas. The drop off was on time and again very efficient - - 15 minutes to receive the car. I felt that the money spent to go through a broker was well worth it and the service could not have been better. Felicia followed-up every step of the way, confirming the pick-up with all details on the driver, confirming the estimated delivery time when the car was in route and confirming the delivery. I have already recommended Felicia and Auto Shipping Group to a friend who needs to ship a car to a summer home.
