Pickup was a mile from our apartment complex because the truck was unable to get into the complex.
Drop-off was about five miles from the desired location, for a similar reason, although I noticed the driver delivered two cars, so maybe he split the difference. The car arrived dirty/dusty (that was expected) but undamaged. The driver even helped me clean the windshield before I left. Beyond that, customer service was excellent, and I have already decided to ship a second car with the same company.
