Very Friendly and communicative, she answered every question I had. Really easy to just text Kim for an update on the situation. Calling usually required a message then I'd get a call back. Most of the info I got required some prodding but I understand this is a busy industry and back and forth communication is required to stay in the loop especially when an annoying dealer wants the car picked up a day before I let them know a truck would be there.

Some improvements I wouldn't mind seeing:

Live gps tracking of the truck so I know where my car is. The number for the driver before he calls me. The only other thing is I thought this was a direct shipper but it seems they are a broker. The driver was really nice and communicative once the car was close to arriving, I even gave him ride to the near by taco spot in my new car. I gave the driver cash and an extra 5$ for a couple coffees on the road. No funny business there either just counted the money, signed the slip and got my keys.

Will use auto shipping group again if I ever need another car shipped, so long as the add GPS tracking on my car :)

P.S. they were cheaper than uship which I figured would be the cheapest.

I am so glad we were able to find a carrier so quickly going to New Hampshire. I wish that carriers would have GPS like Fed Ex but unfortunately they do not, and I do not think they will any time soon. If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know!
