Moving out of state has it's stresses. Thankfully, I found Lance! I made the mistake of entering my info into some kind of auto transport broker site and was contacted by dozens of transport companies. From our first contact, Lance made me feel comfortable. He provided me with my estimate and explained the fees. It was unfortunate that when it came down to it, a couple days before pick-up the driver wanted more money. But what could I do? Lance broke the news to me and I understood. I needed my cars transported and at this point, it was what it was. I trusted Lance and wasn't about to shop other companies.

I initially contacted Lance a little over a month before our move. He touched base with me during that time to let me know I was scheduled and not to worry. He also called to make sure we arrived safely in our new state and again to ensure we received our vehicles and that we were happy with the service we received.

As for the driver. He was thorough and courteous. We couldn't believe it when he arrived the morning of delivery! We thought we wouldn't have cars until later in the day (we were stranded and ordering take-out since we arrived at our new home).

If I were to move again (but I'm NOT!), Lance would be the first person I called. Not only was he knowledgable, he fielded my repetitive questions with kindness and understanding. And when I was stressed, he took the time to reassure me everything would be okay.

*My actual cost was somewhere right under $1600 - I cannot remember the exact amount. Original estimate was $1370.
