I NEVER write reviews but the service was so extraordinary I owe it to Joe, Henry and Carol to share my experience online. Other brokers-agents tried to convince me to ship my brand new 2015 BMW M5 in an OPEN truck; Joe explained the process and benefits of shipping my BMW in an ENCLOSED-COVERED transport; in detail and with no pressure. The extra money I spent on protecting my new investment was worth every penny. When the truck arrived I knew I made a wise decision. Henry and his wife were polite and METICULOUSLY CAREFUL with my car when loading it in Arizona, and even more so when unloading it in front of my house.
