After my order was posted on the board iMOVE appeared to have the best price so I contacted them, and they sent me a contract immediately. I read the contract and it had a few not so clear sections. I waited a couple of days to have those questions answered. Right when I was ready to sign the contract Doug from the United Auto Logistics called. He had sent me multiple emails during this bit telling me how I must rush and sign up with them. In his emails he claimed that due to a late cancellation they have an opening but I have to move on it immediately. He was asking $100 more so I ignored him until he caught me and called me. He sounded very credible and helpful. He asked me to trust him because he knows the business well. He explained that iMOVE does not have a driver ready and once they get the contract they will look for a truck and a driver to put my car on it. So, I decided to call the iMOVE and confront them with what Doug said. It took me a day to get a hold of them and sure enough not only they did not have any available driver but also they didn't know of any driver that was willing to ship my car at $1100. But that is what he quoted me. Upset I though the heck with the $100 more. I gladly am willing to pay the extra $100 but deal with honest reputable people. To make the story short I sent Doug 2 email asking him to send me a contract, but he did not reply so I called him. He could not even remember me so with difficulties I lead him to search and find my quote. It took him 15 minutes to just find my quote as I was getting more surprised about how he could not remember me. He found the quote and said “I will send you a contract just eSign it and you will be done.” I asked “what time is the driver actually going to take off for California?” He asked "what?" I was in the middle of reminding him about his driver availability that “click” he hung up on me. So, I called him back and he would not answer his phone and kept sending me to his voice mail. He ignored my subsequent calls and messages too. I finally sent him an email telling him how I felt but if he still is interested in the deal he needs to call me and answer my questions. I never heard from him again, but I did receive a web formatted contract that could not even be printed.

I am very upset how he fooled me to trust him and let him change my shipper as well as to losing two to three precious days. All and all I think it could have been much worst had I gone with them. I felt I was lucky to see the nature of their business right in time. IMover’s salesman never lied to me, he just did not explain the process until I asked him about it and then he educated me. United Auto Logistics not only bad mouthed another company but also accused them of something that they were about to do to me and much worst. ***** I would never deal with them again AND SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER ****
