Direct express is a very good company. Customer service representative was very professional and nice. Only thing that i was disappointed in was that the Carrier that my vehicle was transported in was not a fully.enclosed transporter like i had expected. It was still exposed a little. Withn only the sides of the transporter enclosed. My vehicle was dirty from that as a result. However i was satisfied. I would use Direct express service again. Providing they research me a better enlcosed transportation truck.
