I originally tried to ship my car using one of the big shippers located on the East Coast whose initials are Road Runner. What a fiasco. Lots of excuses. No shows on the dates required. Requests to drive the car to another city for pick up. Even a request to increase the original quoted price in order to entice a driver to pick it up. Finally cancelled the transport altogether.

My second attempt was with Ship a Car Direct. What a difference. The dispatcher was Emily and she was an absolute professional to deal with. Provided a prompt quote, stayed in constant communication and when an issue with the driver did arise, she was right there to deal with it and did so in a matter of minutes! If I ever have to ship a car again, these guys will have my business without a doubt. They should have yours as well. Simply the best!
